• Test Information: By purchasing, accessing, or using our at-home test or diagnostic products (including the accompanying saliva or blood drop kit and all related platforms, applications, and services) you consent to the collection and processing of the following information: 1) sample information: to use our tests, you must purchase or receive a testing kit, create an online account, register your kit, and submit a sample (e.g., saliva) to our partner laboratory or third-party service providers (“Laboratory”). “Sample Information” includes your submitted sample, as well as the DNA and other data extracted from it for analysis, 2) genetic information: refers to genetic and/or epigenetic data generated through the processing of your sample by us, the Laboratory, or authorized third-party vendors. This includes any genetic insights derived from your sample and reported to you as part of our products and services, 3) test results: encompass the data and findings obtained from processing your test, including biological age, system age scores, cumulative rate of aging, and other related metrics
• Research Information: Occasionally, we may conduct research, studies, or observational analyses, either internally or in collaboration with third parties. As part of these efforts, we may collect or request information from you through surveys, questionnaires, or other means. This may include information such as ethnic origin and ancestry, demographic information, personal traits and physical characteristics, behavioral data, health conditions and related medical history, family history of medical conditions, known genetic mutations (in you or your family members), lifestyle information.
