These Terms & Conditions apply to all individuals who 1) visit or use our website, social media pages, online platforms, and services, 2) purchase, access, or use any of our products, services, mobile apps, software, or other offerings provided by us, our affiliates, or our partners (collectively referred to as the “Site,” “Products,” or “Services”).
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully as they govern your use of our Site, our product purchasing services accessible via our Site, use of our Products and Services, and our mutual rights and responsibilities.
1. Agreement to Terms & Conditions
By using our Site, Products, or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our Site, Products, or Services.

The products and any claims made regarding specific products available on or through this Site and on our Product packages have not been evaluated by relevant authorities. We will ensure your credit or debit card details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to third parties. Except as stated in these Terms & Conditions, you are solely responsible for any use of our Site with your details, including your email, payment information, and any unauthorized activity. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information about yourself. The use of false, misleading, or impersonated details when accessing or making transactions on our Site is strictly prohibited.
5. Ordering
You may only place orders on our Site if you are over 18 years old, possess a valid debit or credit card; and are located, at the time of your purchase, at the territories as are listed on our Site as a delivery address. When placing an order, you must provide complete and accurate information. It is your responsibility to review your order carefully to ensure it reflects your selection correctly. When you place an order on the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer at our discretion. Upon receiving your order, we will process payment and send you an email confirming whether your order has been accepted. If accepted, the email will include your order details, order number and shipping address. If we do not accept your order, any payment collected at checkout will be refunded. We reserve the right to decline any order, and no contract is formed until you receive an official order confirmation from us. If a product is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you either at checkout or via email. If payment has already been processed, we will issue a refund for the corresponding amount. Please allow 10-45 business days for refunds to be processed due to third-party payment timelines and your bank’s processing timelines. We are not obligated to supply a product until we confirm its availability and shipment. We reserve the right to limit order quantities, extend delivery timelines for any reason after an order has been placed and accepted, and/or refuse shipment at our discretion. If you have concerns or disputes regarding charges, you agree to first contact us to resolve the issue before disputing or rejecting any credit/debit card charges. We may, at its sole discretion, decline or cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to declined payments, suspected fraud, or any other reason deemed appropriate. We also reserve the right to verify your identity before processing an order. If an order is not processed or is cancelled, you will either not be charged or will receive a refund for the applicable amount.
If you realize an error in your order after receiving a confirmation email, please contact us immediately at support@juvina-bioscience.com. While we will do our best to make corrections, we cannot guarantee changes. However, you may still have the option to cancel your order as outlined in our cancellation policy. If corrections are possible and executed, this may cause delay in shipping your order.
6. Price & Payment
All prices are displayed in AED or US$ and are subject to change without notice. In the unlikely event that the price shown on the checkout page is wrong, and we discover this before accepting your order, we are not required to sell the Products to you at the price shown. We always try and ensure that the prices of Products and Services shown on our Site are accurate, but occasionally genuine errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the Products or Services that you have ordered we will let you know as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel your order and you have already paid for the Products (but they have not yet been dispatched), then you will receive a full refund. In such event, we are not obliged to fulfil the order at the incorrect price or to provide compensation. Unless expressly specified payments made to us are non-refundable.
Payment is processed through the mentioned payment methods as shown on our Site and you agree to abide by their terms and conditions. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of your Products or provision of the Service to you. You confirm that the credit, debit card or other payment method account that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason,
authorise payment to us we will not be liable to you for any delay or non-delivery. Due to standard banking procedures, when you place an order and your payment is authorized, your bank or card issuer may temporarily hold the full amount of your order. If your order is later rejected or cancelled for any reason, the funds may not be transferred to us and will instead be released back into your available balance. The release of funds typically takes several business days, which varies depending on your bank or card issuer. We are not responsible for any delays in this process and are not liable for any inconvenience caused by the time it takes for your bank or card issuer to return the funds to your account. If you make a payment for our Products or Services on our Site, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Juvina Bioscience’s policies and rules. The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the transaction receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency. Shipments could be delivered in multiple shipments for operational efficiency and multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly card statement.
The total amount due for any product purchased through our Site, including applicable taxes (in UAE and KSA), shipping, and handling fees, will be displayed before you place your order. By placing an order, you agree that we may charge your card for verification, pre-authorization, and payment processing. You are also responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank or financial service provider, as well as any applicable taxes (outside of UAE and KSA), import duties (outside of UAE), or fees related to your order. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. Should any such surcharge be applied, then the shipping provider will contact you for clearing them before releasing your order. Failure to pay these fees will cause the parcel to be returned to us at the your own cost. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.
Please note that your order is not binding until it has been accepted and confirmed by us.
7. Promotional Vouchers, Discount Codes & Gift Cards
A credit or discount may be applied to your order when using a promotional voucher or discount code recognized by us (called ‘Promotions’). We may modify or withdraw Promotions at any time without notice. Some Promotions have a single or limited number of redemptions; once reached, the voucher or codes expire regardless of the printed date. Customers are responsible for keeping Promotion codes secure.
Promotions do not incur any fees. However, sales tax (if applicable) and shipping charges apply to purchases made using a Promotion. Promotions may have an expiration date as specified at issuance. They are not Gift Cards. Unless stated otherwise, Promotions may only be redeemed on our Site for new Product or Service purchases. This includes renewals of existing subscriptions or upgrades to longer plans, which qualify as new purchases. Promotions cannot be applied to previous orders or used to purchase Gift Cards. Promotions are non-transferable, may not be copied, resold, or shared without our permission and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash, except where legally required. Unauthorized Promotions may be cancelled. Unless stated otherwise, Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. If the total purchase amount is less than the Promotion value, the remaining balance may remain available for future orders or renewals at our own discretion. If a Promotional Credit is applied during an active subscription, it will be automatically used for the next renewal.
If applicable, you can check your Promotion balance on our Site or by contacting our support service team. To use a Promotion, enter the Promotion code at checkout. Additional restrictions may apply, as stated at issuance. Any amount exceeding the Promotion value must be covered using another accepted payment method, such as a credit or debit card. If an electronic Promotion is sent to an incorrect or non-existent email, the Customer is solely responsible. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misused Promotions. Promotions will not be replaced under any circumstances. Treat them like cash. We reserve the right to refuse, modify, cancel, or hold for review any Promotion or related order if fraud, an incorrect denomination, or a violation of Promotion policies is suspected. We may suspend or terminate any Promotion in cases of suspected misuse, at its sole discretion, to the extent permitted by law. By using a Promotion, you confirm you are the authorized recipient and using it lawfully and in good faith.
Our gift cards can be purchased online and redeemed for orders placed on our Site. Card values are available in predefined amounts. Any remaining balance will stay valid and can be used for future purchases until fully redeemed. The validity period for gift card is 3 years. To redeem a card, the code must be entered at checkout before completing the purchase. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other discounts.
Due to standard banking procedures, your bank or card issuer may initially hold the full order amount before applying any discount or credit. This temporary hold can last several business days (dependent on your terms & conditions of your bank or card issues). The discount or credit will be deducted when the payment is processed, and the reduced amount will be released back into your available balance. We are not responsible for any delays caused by your bank or card issuer in returning these funds to your account.
8. Subscriptions
We may offer a subscription option for certain Products, allowing you to automatically purchase one or more units of an eligible product at a chosen subscription interval as shown on our Site. You can subscribe to multiple products, but an account is required to manage your subscriptions. By selecting a subscription, you authorize automatic charges to your debit or credit card at the price listed on our Site at the time of each renewal. You will receive an order confirmation each time your subscription renews.
Subscription-based purchase payments are charged at the start of your subscription and automatically renews until you cancel. Renewal charges occur at the beginning of each subscription period. To avoid being charged for the next renewal, you must cancel your subscription before it renews. You can cancel anytime by emailing us at support@juvina-bioscience.com or logging into your account and managing your subscription settings. If you have multiple subscriptions, each must be cancelled separately. No refunds will be issued for payments already made, but you will continue receiving Products until the end of your current subscription period. We may adjust Product prices during your subscription period. If this occurs, we will attempt to provide at least 7 days’ notice so you can cancel if desired.
We may modify subscription availability and terms. We will publish changes on our Site and attempt to notify you at least 7 days in advance for price increases and 14 days for other material changes, though this may not always be possible.
9. Right to Cancel
If you place an order for Products or Services within the delivery territories listed on our Site, and we accept your order (as confirmed by an email confirmation), you generally have the right to cancel your order before your order is processed and dispatched if you change your mind (subject to certain exceptions). The process will be as outlined below. You do not have the right to cancel orders for Products or Services that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalized, orders placed from outside the listed delivery territories, or if you are not a consumer. Your right to cancel ends after the order has been processed and dispatched. To exercise your right to cancel, you must immediately notify us after ordering by emailing support@juvina-bioscience.com. If you cancel your order in accordance with these terms, we will refund all payments received for the cancelled Products or Services. Please allow 10-45 business days (after processing your cancellation notice) for refunds to be shown on your card account due to third-party payment timelines and your bank’s processing timelines.
If a Product is faulty or not as described after you have received the Products, or if a Product is missing from your order, please let us know as soon as reasonably practicable in accordance with our Returns Policy (refer to our Shipping & Return Policy page on this Site for further details).
Cancelling a Product or Service does not automatically cancel any active subscription you may have with us. You will need to separately cancel any subscription you wish to discontinue as specified in the Terms related to subscriptions.
10. Shipping, Delivery & Returns
We will ship your order to the address you provide during checkout. Title to Products passes from us to you upon shipment from our warehouse facility. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Please refer to our detailed Shipping & Return page on this Site for further details, including costs, estimated delivery times, international shipping restrictions, and returns. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

We will make reasonable efforts to prevent or mitigate the impact of such events.
18. Limitation of Liability
While we list Products and Services for sale on our Site, we do not provide any warranties or guarantees beyond those required by law regarding their safety, quality, or fitness for purpose. We are not liable for faulty Products or Services, Products or Services that are not fit for purpose, or Products or Services that are not as described.
